WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

Shipping is calculated at checkout, depending on your total order weight. Please select tracked shipping if you want tracking information with your order.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via PayPal or gift card.

It is possible to pay with Paypal without having an account, please follow the prompts for guest checkout via the Paypal option.

CANCELATIONS POLICY

We are unable to honour cancellations due to customer error, due to the nature of the items we sell and our quick processing speed. Please be sure of your purchase before you checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

NO RETURNS - all sales are final. this is due to the nature of the items we sell. however if you have any issues with your order, please do let us know.

CUSTOMS POLICY

Unfortunately we can’t be held accountable for any customs charges , buyers accept responsibility for paying these charges if they incur 🕊

SHIPPING POLICY

We recommend you select tracked shipping, as we can’t offer refunds for any items that are mis/undelivered.
the only way to track your order, is with tracked shipping.

all orders are dispatched within 1-5 working days from the uk, using royal mail 2nd class.

Please allow up to 28 days for international orders to arrive (PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID 19 THIS HAS BEEN EXTENDED - please check with your local postal service, for any delays or restrictions in place - this is out of our control )

ADDRESS DISCREPANCIES

If you place an order with us, and your address is incorrect which results in your package being delivered back to us, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the re-shipping fee

MISSED POST

If you miss your delivery and it gets sent back to us, there will be a reshipping fee to send the order back to you. This will ranges from £3-£25 depending on your order weight.

LOST MAIL

If by rare chance an item does go missing in the post, we will do all we can to help resolve the issue without tracking it is much harder to do so, so please do select the tracked option if you are able to

The following amount of compensation will be given for lost mail, depending on the shipping option chose

STANDARD - up to £20 compensation

TRACKED - Full compensation

All our items are gift wrapped, weather it’s a gift for you or someone special, we believe packaging can make it even more of a treat! We love to do our bit for the planet, so the outer box, may be recycled from a previous life 🌍

PLEASE NOTE vintage items may have small signs of use / wear, but these are always recorded in the items photograph / description
